New flowerbed in bloom!
Seed & Fertilize
- Seed new or bare areas of lawn and fertilize.
- Mow lawn high.
- Start new compost heap.
Clean up & Harvest
- Clean up flower beds.
- Cultivate and sow clover ground cover adding nitrogen to the soil.
- Harvest root crops.
- Dig up summer bulbs before freeze.
- Plant spring bulbs.
Water & Bring-in
- Water newly planted trees, shrubs and fall bloomers.
- Bring in houseplants, cut off rang growth, repot if necessary.
- Watch for and treat houseplants.
