Grape Salad

A healthy, low fat,
low cost recipe.

Ingredients:
- 4 pounds of seedless grapes (red, green or both), washed
and dried
- 8 ounces of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 8 ounces fat free sour cream
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 Cup pecans
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Directions to Prepare:
- Combine cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla in
large mixing bowl.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Fold in grapes.
- Sprinkle pecans and brown sugar over the top, just
before serving.
Salad Tip: Make a radish rose by cutting
through the first layer at several points around the radish then
peel peel back sections, leaving a white center.
