7 Layer Mexican Dip

Tasty fat-free dip.

Ingredients:
- 16 ounces green beans, drained
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Thick and Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup canned black beans, drained
and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup non fat cheddar cheese,
shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons of olives, sliced
- cilantro, chopped
Directions to Prepare:
- Beat: cream cheese until creamy.
- Add: taco seasoning and blend.
- Spread: on bottom of 9" pie plate.
- Layer: remaining ingredients in order (salsa,
black beans, lettuce, cheddar cheese, green onions, olives).
- Refrigerate: several hours until
chilled.
- Garnish: with cilantro and serve with fresh
vegetables.
Appetizer Tip: Celery will crisp up
fast by placing in a pan of cold water and add a sliced raw potato.
