Turkey Ro-Ho

Try this Turkey
Ro-Ho recipe for turkey leftovers.
Total Cost: $10.00 Serves:
12 at $.84 per serving.
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds of Turkey, cut in chunks
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 pound of Mexican Velveeta cheese,
sliced
- 1 bag Nacho chips , crushed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro Tel tomatoes
Directions to Prepare:
- Blend :
Cream of chicken soup and Ro Tel tomatoes.
- Layer:
Turkey in bottom of greased 9 x 13
casserole pan.
- Sprinkle:
Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
- Layer:
Onions, cheese, and half of the nachos.
- Pour:
Soup mixture over nachos.
- Top: With
remaining nachos.
- Bake: 400
degrees in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
