what is best for you. Some people can weight every day without
getting too anxious about it. Whether you choose to weight
daily or weekly remember to pick the same time each day, wearing the
same or similar attire. We recommend taking personal
statistics at the beginning of the program at the end of weeks four,
eight, and twelve.
