Toning the Tummy
| Below are some exercises for toning the stomach muscles:
 | Crunches with leg raises: Lie with back and hips flat on the floor,
hands clasped behind head, chin pulled down toward chest, tummy
muscles pulled in
 | 1st set of 25
 | Left knee bent |
 | Right leg straight, with toes flexed |
 | Lift toward ceiling, raising right leg to 45 degree angle, exhaling |
 | Lower chin and right leg, inhaling |

 | 2nd set of 25
 | Left knee bent |
 | Right leg straight, with toes flexed |
 | Lift toward ceiling, raising right leg to 90 degree angle, exhaling |
 | Lower chin and right leg, inhaling |

 | 3rd set of 25
 | Right knee bent |
 | Left leg straight, with toes flexed |
 | Lift toward ceiling, raising left leg to 45 degree angle, exhaling |
 | Lower chin and left leg, inhaling |

 | 4th set of 25
 | Right knee bent |
