Fitness Contract
| Below is my fitness commitment. Feel free to adopt is as your own.
 | I make a commitment to: Not complain about food
whether I fixed it or somebody else did, regardless of taste,
temperature or timing. |
 | I make a commitment to: Thank GOD for all food
that HE provides before it enters my mouth, not as it enters my mouth
or after I have already eaten it. |
 | I make a commitment to: Drink 1/2 ounce of water per
pound of current weight each day. |
 | I make a commitment to : Ask GOD to forgive my sin when I
overeat and then forgive myself and move on; not living in self-pity
and making everyone around me miserable. |
 | I make a commitment to: Eat breakfast, lunch, and
dinner and two nutritious snacks each day. I will no longer skip
meals because this slows my metabolism down and usually results in my
overeating the next meal. |
 | I make a commitment to: Be active every day.
Follow the walking program and do some kind of activity for at least
15 minutes on the days that I am not walking. |
 | I make a commitment to: Be honest with myself and
write down everything I am eating. |
