He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.  Luke 16:10

What makes each of these quick?  Have in each area wipes, or paper towels with cleaning spray readily available.  Remember this is a quick clean not a deep clean.  The deep clean will happen later.  Add each one to your routine for a whole month before adding the next one.  This will keep you from feeling overwhelmed.
bulletCleaning sink and countertops
bulletAfter meals and before bedtime, take just a few minutes to wipe down the kitchen sink and countertops.
bulletUnload dishwasher before breakfast (or before each meal if you run if multiple times a day), then the family can load dirty dishes in the dishwasher instead of stacking them in the sink until it's full again.
bulletFreshen bathroom
bulletAfter showering, use bath towel to wipe down shower, this keeps the soap scum and water spots from building up.
bulletAfter brushing teeth and putting on make-up, wipe bathroom sink, faucets and countertops.
bulletAfter dressing, swish the inside (keep a squirt of cleaner in the brush holder) and wipe down the outside of the toilet.
bulletQuick pick-up
bulletBefore your husband gets home and before bedtime, take a few minutes to pick things up and put them back in their place.
bulletGet up, make-it
bulletWhen you first get out of bed in the morning, make it.
bulletQuick sweep
bulletAfter mealtimes, it's a good idea to quickly sweep the eating area.
bulletVacuum the high traffic areas before your husband comes home for the evening.
