Walking the Right Way
| Below are some guidelines for good walking form:
 | Posture
 | Eyes and chin facing forward, not tilted up or down. |
 | Shoulders aligned with hips, don't lean upper body or neck
forward. |
 | Pull abdomen muscles in tight. |
