Are you up for a challenge?  Sure you are, this week we are increasing the time and intensity! J

At the end of this week it is time to take our personal stats to see how we are doing.  Contact us we would love to hear how you are doing.

The challenge this week is 2 1/2 miles per day with abdomen toning for 3 and Strength Exercises for the other 2.  Do your favorites, or try ours.

bulletWeight Loss tip for the week:  Keep extra veggies cut up, ready to eat when a snack attack hits.  Then you will be less likely to grab the convenient bag of chips.
