Week one starts out easy.  Take the extra time to think about what you want to accomplish and set some personal fitness goals.  It is a good idea to make a contract with yourself and share it with at least one other person for accountability. 

 

bulletWalk 4 times this week.
bulletDay One:    Take your starting Stats and walk 10 minutes.
bulletDay Two:    Complete Fitness Goals and walk 15 minutes.
bulletDay Three:  Walk 20 minutes.
bulletDay Four:   Walk 1 mile.

 

 

 

 


 

 

bulletScripture to read prayerfully this week:  Colossians 3:1-11 and Romans 8:5-8.  Overeating is a sin, passion has turned from GOD to food. 

 
bulletRepent:  Ask GOD to forgive the sin of overeating every time you overeat.
bulletPray:  Ask GOD to help you with each meal to eat what is the right foods in the appropriate amounts.
bulletTrust:  Trust GOD and depend on HIM for everything including what you eat.
bulletPractice:  Continually practice setting your affections on things above and not things on the earth.  Don't look back at past mistakes, move forward.

 

 

bulletFitness tipThe secret to flat abs is to maintain good posture.

 

bulletWeight Loss tip:  Try to not eat 3 hours prior to going to bed at night.  Give your body that time to burn your dinner as energy.
