We are over half way through our 12 week walking program, congratulations for sticking with it! J

Is this getting tedious?  Add a spice to your routing by walking a different route;  walk around a park, soccer field while the kids are at soccer practice, or take a hike down some trails.

This week we are continuing with 2 miles per day and  abdomen toning for 3.  Do your favorites, or try ours.

bulletWeight Loss tip for the week:  Have you hit a weight loss plateau?  Try increasing your daily activity by adding 5 to 10 minutes of exercise another time during the day.
